GET TO KNOW ME

Since 2015, I’ve been coaching professionals in the education sector. Currently, I coach beyond the professional realm and offer a holistic service that includes support in all the areas the client may identify as targets for development. I coach my clients in a way that utilises both their heads and their hearts. I decided to make this change when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. I found that certain important life stages such as changes at work, reaching adulthood, midlife, break up and retirement are challenging for most of us - we can lose our identity and struggle to find direction.  Coaching will ensure these important times in our lives become opportunities for growth and development.  I will work with you to find the areas to focus on and to help you take the necessary steps to ensure you achieve your full potential.
