Coaching has been a positive catalyst for change in my personal and professional life. Becoming a coach has enabled me to provide my clients with the tools to reinvent themselves and gain control over their lives by identifying and planning how to achieve their goals for personal and professional purpose, in life and in business..
After years of professional coaching in education, I specialise in coaching for performance and Life Mastery coaching. I provide individuals with personalised guidance, support, and strategies to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and lead more fulfilling lives by helping them access and develop their intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence for amazing results.
I offer a holistic, structured and non-judgmental environment for clients to recognise and explore their aspirations. ReinventU will guide you to identify obstacles and create actionable plans for improvement following a coactive coaching framework.
